We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Internship Social Media & Marketing to join Jargeous, to work on Malaysia fast-growing E-commerce company.

The internship will help the student to develop skills and understanding of the real life of working in an Ecommerce company. The intern will be in charge of multiple activities aimed at creating Marketing material & content for the company marketing program and manage the social media.

Main Tasks
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Assists in creating performance reports.

Your profile:

- In 3rd or 4th year of college graduate program or beyond
- Available for a 3 months Internship
- Excellent English. Mandarin and Bahasa will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent team member, able to take direction well and contribute positively to the overall work environment and performance of the group.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator is required. Other design software is added advantage
