**Job Requirements**
- At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Design / Advertising / Marketing or related field.
- Fresh graduates with at least 1 year of working experience are welcome.
- Well-versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Have a sense of creativity, curiosity, and an attitude to pick up/ spot trending topics that help to drive high engagement and followers.
- Understanding and knowledgeable in digital & social media reporting, publishing, and listening.
- Be able to visualize directorial concepts and work according to a strict time schedule.
- A team player with a positive roll-up-your-sleeves and entrepreneurial attitude, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Editing**
- Create engaging content that enhances brand reputation, attracts new social media followers, and engages our fan base.
- Plan, shoot, edit videos, and create cohesive narratives for social media.
- Create and implement graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Utilize video editing software to cut, trim, and refine content. (CAPCUT)
- Ensure social media content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

**Social Media Optimization**
- Manage and grow social media pages, including Instagram, TikTok, FACEBOOK, THREADS, and WEBSITE.
- Create content & optimize for different social media platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into social media content.

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Collaborate with team members to develop social media content.
- Assist the team with other tasks required.
- Participate in group strategic planning.

**Project Management**
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Duties**
- Involved in brainstorming and developing social media campaigns or strategies.
- May be required to create storyboards & develop scripts.
