Responsibilities:

  • Collate and analyze media coverage.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals and marketing plans.
  • Manage day-to-day content planning, posting, and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create compelling visuals, videos, and copy.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to ensure the brand stays relevant and responsive.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.
  • Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and relevant collaborators for campaign execution.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising/Media, or any related field.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in Marketing/ Social Media or any related field, preferably in Retail.
  • Have broad knowledge and experience across digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Passionate in the modest and fashion industry.
  • Willing to work from office in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
