Aiwibi Malaysia is a fast-growing baby care brand and we're on the lookout for a passionate, creative, and energetic Marketing & Events Executive to join our team

If you're the kind of person who enjoys planning fun events, running creative campaigns, and turning ideas into reality, this role is for you. You'll be part of the team behind exciting mall activations, social media campaigns, and brand collaborations that bring Aiwibi closer to parents and babies across Malaysia.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for seasonal campaigns and collaborations.
  • Coordinate design and marketing materials with the creative team.

Events & Activations

  • Plan, organize, and execute roadshows, exhibitions, and mall events.
  • Oversee event setup, booth arrangements, and brand presentation.
  • Handle event mechanisms like giveaways, sampling, lucky draws, and games.
  • Manage event logistics, stock preparation, and manpower scheduling.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Work with influencers, affiliates, and brand partners to create impactful collaborations.
  • Support in performance tracking and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across internal and external teams.

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or events (fresh grads welcome).
  • Creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends during event periods.
  • A love for baby and parenting brands is a big plus
