  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) across all company social media platforms.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Manage daily posting schedules and ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends, viral topics, and competitor activities to produce relevant and fresh content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and photographers to produce high-quality visuals and materials.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries to maintain active engagement with followers.
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven experience in creating social media content (portfolio or sample work is an advantage).
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with current trends and viral content.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or after office hours if needed for content shooting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
