**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple industries.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to each business unit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Ensure timely hiring and compliance with internal hiring standards.

**Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Coordinate onboarding schedules with relevant departments.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding documentation and briefings.
- Ensure all required forms, policies, and documents are signed and recorded.
- Handle full offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.

**HR Documentation**
- Draft, review, and manage employment documents including:

- **Offer letters**:

- **Employment confirmations**:

- **Resignation acceptances and related documentation**:

- Ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and employment regulations.

**Shared Services Coordination**
- Act as the HR point of contact for assigned units in **Healthcare**, **Service (Education, Tourism, Marketing)**, and **Food Security** sectors.
- Collaborate with functional heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment priorities.
- Support general HR initiatives and cross-functional projects within the Shared Services team.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of proven experience** in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience working across **multiple industries** is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency in handling **employment documentation and HR systems**.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able and **willing to relocate to Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Experience in Shared Services or multi-entity HR environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
