Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Administration
- Serve as the primary HR contact for contract employees and management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases (HRIS).
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting orientation, and preparing new hire documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support performance management and training coordination at the site.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (agency/ plant experience preferred).
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
