Job Descriptions

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee record management.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job postings.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employee credentials.
  • Assist payroll processing and employee benefits.
  • Coordinate employee leave, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Liaise with government agencies for statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDC).
  • Manage employee confirmation, promotions, and contract renewals.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
  • Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and liaise with facility management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Management, with a focus recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as Malaysia employment law and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information system.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
