Key Responsibilities :
Oversee end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding, payroll, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both HR systems and physical files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Manage and continuously improve the HR Information System (HRIS) to support operational needs.
Manage all training-related documentation such as Training Needs Identification (TNI), Training Matrix, OJT, Training Plans, AMIGO records, certificates, and attendance sheets.
Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training programs and manage HRD Corp (HRDF) applications and claims.
Create and update training and teaching materials as required.
Administer employee benefits including Group Hospitalization & Surgical (GHS), medical benefits, allowances, and other entitlements.
Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD).
Prepare payroll-related and monthly claims reports for the Finance department.
Validate and monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, preparing offers, and coordinating onboarding arrangements.
Liaise with recruitment agencies, contractors, and external service providers as necessary.
Support and assist in handling employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters including disciplinary issues, investigations, counselling, and performance management.
Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices aligned with company policies and Malaysian labour law.
Develop, review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, rules, and company regulations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
Assist in preparing audit-related documentation and participate actively in internal and external audits.
Coordinate and issue company memos, announcements, and communication materials.
Lead and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
Liaise with external agents and service providers such as contract workers, cleaners, security personnel, and insurance providers.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support HR operations.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior or Management to support HR and business functions.
Education & Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience. Able to manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Industrial Relations, HR Operations, HR Policies, and HR Compliance.
Skill: Good communication and interpersonal skill
System Knowledge: Experienced with various HRIS platforms, including ERP-based HR systems, InfoTech HRIS, and SQL Payroll, with the ability to adapt quickly to other HR management systems.
