Job description:
Learning & Development
- Lead the coordination, delivery, and tracking of company-wide Learning & Development initiatives.
- Assess training needs by partnering with leaders to identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and workforce capabilities.
- Develop and implement annual training calendars, compliance training schedules, and development pathways.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires receive comprehensive, role-specific training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, data analysis, and performance indicators; recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
- Support leadership development, career progression, and upskilling initiatives across departments.
- Maintain training records, manage LMS (Learning Management System) data, and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
- Coordinate external training resources, vendors, and subject-matter experts when needed.
Foreign Worker Management
- Monitor permit validity, renewal deadlines, quota usage, and levy to ensure uninterrupted workforce deployment.
- Maintain a detailed FW permit renewal tracking system to avoid lapses or non-compliance.
- Coordinate with agencies, dormitories, transport providers, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations covering work pass conditions, housing standards, and safety requirements.
- Provide welfare support and facilitate cultural integration for foreign workers.
- Maintain up-to-date records for audits, inspections, and reporting.
Employee Relations & Communication
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Assist with conflict resolution, climate assessments, and employee feedback initiatives.
- Strengthen communication strategies to improve employee engagement and transparency.
Performance Management & Development
- Support performance review cycles, competency frameworks, and goal-setting processes.
- Partner with managers to address performance challenges and align development plans with individual and team goals.
- Assist in the rollout of coaching, mentoring, and internal mobility initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and support HR audits and required reporting.
- Update and communicate policy changes, ensuring employees understand and adhere to HR procedures.
Benefits & Compensation Support
- Assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment processes.
- Support compensation reviews and ensure HRIS payroll information is accurate.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve benefits-related issues.
HRIS, Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate reports related to training, turnover, recruitment, performance, and engagement.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend targeted L&D or HR interventions.
Engagement & Culture Initiatives
- Support the creation and execution of programs focused on employee engagement, wellness, and recognition.
- Work with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and growth.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist duties with demonstrated involvement in Learning & Development programs.
