**Position **: Sale Service Associate
**Intake Date **:ASAP
**Working Location **: Bangsar South
**Working Hours **:Monday - Friday
**Salary **:RM2200 - RM2500 + Allowance (Depends experience/education)
**Contract **: 12 month renew based on performance

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (For Mandarin Speaker)
- Applicants must be willing to work in **Bangsar South.**:

- **Must willing to travel to Shah Alam or KLIA if required.**:

- Possible to have own transportation
- No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Willing to work in contract.
- Applicant with good communication skills is encourage to apply
- Malaysian only. Age limit 19 - 35 years old.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Customer Support, or Supply Chain/Logistics Operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Providing excellent service to our Potential KA sellers by following up escalated in a professional and timely manner to increase satisfaction rate.
- Collecting Potential KA seller’s logistics pain points, and feedback to upstream, assisting on improvement project from PKA sellers’ perspective including data summary & sharing.
- Proactively discussing and following up with related Dept to target potential categories, share success stories with sellers, then help Potential KA Sellers to enhance their continuous growth with platform.
- Monitor Potential KA sellers' Cancelation, SOT, Customer Return and Fail Delivery performance. Share data and highlight key improvement areas to sellers, help sellers improve their performance.
- Support seller fulfillment follow up during Campaign or other required events.
- Be responsible share any logistic updates with sellers.
- Coordinate with team members to improve overall satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
