- Must be able to supervise accurate order processing, which includes order intake, confirmation, order status, order adjustments, shipping, billing, and damage replacement. On any given day, no orders should be missed.
- To communicate methods and work flows of business units, you must be able to collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Fulfilment teams.
- Keeps track of and maintains customer reviews, ensuring that issues are remedied quickly and effectively. Once customers' input is received, the timescale is within minutes or first thing the next morning.
- Continually extending new platforms and continuously monitoring campaigns and promotions in order to increase sales.
- Manage a team of ecommerce assistants to maintain productivity while updating inventory, changing prices, sourcing photographs and specifications, and uploading listings.
- Ensure that the customer's reaction rate is high.
- You must show that you have the ability to operate independently and autonomously to complete projects and exceed sales targets set for each campaign.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in English to provide functional advice and technical support to our English-speaking fulfilment crew.
- Demonstrate superior time management abilities, including the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage various projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick-turn business model
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales
- Prior experience with online retailers is preferred
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
