**Position**: Finance Executive

**Location**: Bangsar South

**Working Hours **:Monday - Friday / 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: RM3,300 - RM3,500

**Contract Duration**: 6 month (Renewable based on performance)

**a. Accounting & Reporting Unit**

1. To perform data entry for current accounting system MSGP during Vector-GP & Raptor-BC Parallel Run period.

2. Journal posting comparison between MSGP and MDBC to ensure output is identical. Consolidate and highlight variances to project team members, then follow up to ensure variances is resolved.

3. To support activities during Parallel Run and before MDBC system go-live.

4. To support preparation of go-live cut over activities to new financial system.

5. To perform data validation for data migration from the current financial system to the new financial system.

6. Preparation of data migration for production entity.

7. Data verification after data migration activities.

8. Data verification after historical data migration for historical entity (at transactions level).

9. Any other finance-related duties may be assigned from time to time by the management.

**b. Finance Operations Unit**

1. Daily extraction of customers payment from bank statement for payment processing.

2. Generate payment batches, journal vouchers and relevant adjustments for upload into MDGP system.

3. Verify and check the payment receipt from customers are correctly credited to customer accounts once the payment approved.

5. Validation of payment for ordering of card and upfront payment for reload. (Sundry Customer).

7. To validate CN Requisition for double charges, missing transaction, and unpaid usage for manual CN issuance for Fleetpass customer.

8. To prepare void cases / adjustment if any after the investigation done on customer dispute/enquiries.

9. Perform timely reconciliation and monitoring on GL accounts to ensure that the outstanding items are cleared within stipulated timeframe.

10. To bring to Supervisor’s attention on any problems/issues faced in handling the accounts.

**c. Account Payable**:

**Accountability**:

- Manage to work within tight deadlines.
- Timeliness and accuracy.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance and/ or a professional accountancy qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting and related.
- Skills/Knowledge:

- Computer savvy and energetic
- With strong sense of responsibility and detailed oriented
- Able to communicate effectively.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangsar South: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
