**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes regarding investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies, including capital structure optimization, funding strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and stakeholders, highlighting financial performance, forecasts, and strategic implications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to guide financial planning.
- Support the negotiation and execution of financial transactions, including due diligence processes and documentation.
- Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and regulatory changes to assess potential impacts on the company's financial strategy.
- Manage and maintain financial models and databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflect current financial scenarios.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, preparing necessary reports and documentation as required.
- Engage in special corporate finance projects, providing analytical support and insights to drive successful outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Willingness to travel and availability for on-call duties.
- Professional demeanor, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
