We are looking for a **Multimedia Designer**to responsible for conceptualizing, designing and executing visual merchandising, including packaging design, marketing materials and digital content that align with the company marketing strategies and support overall business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Packaging Design & Visual Conceptualization**
- Design innovative product packaging concepts and update existing designs to enhance market appeal and functionality.
- Create imaginative character illustrations and visual elements for use in marketing materials and promotional events.
- Design and manage Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing collateral, including but not limited to:

- **Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM)**: Banners, backdrops, icons, lanyards, and other campaign assets.
- **Marketing Materials**: Flyers, brochures, and on-ground promotional content.
- Develop creative designs for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with branding.
- Execute designs across **social media platforms, packaging, BTL (POSM), and video editing**.

**2. Digital Content & E-Commerce Support**
- Manage digital marketing content including social media graphics, online ads and website visuals
- Develop creative concepts for digital platforms
- Maintain and update the online product catalog with accurate product description, high quality visual, price and inventory details
- Continuously enhance the e-commerce platform’s graphics and user experience

**Others**
- Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct manager as needed to ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Animate, Lightroom, etc.) and other equivalent design tools.
- Expertise in **3D drawings** and familiarity with **3D animation** is a significant bonus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, video production, packaging design, and BTL marketing materials.
- Experience in designing for **social media platforms, packaging, POSM, and video editing**.
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
