RESPONSIBILITIES** - Focus on excellent customer service in each aspect of the move process. - Manage the move process by coordinating the required services according to the agreed process and applicable policies. - Prepare first time right documentation and communication required as per process. - Identify exceptional situations and support exception requests by obtaining and providing information required by other stakeholders. - Keep complete and accurate records at all times and complete all task accurately. - Resolve an escalation (low/medium risk) swiftly and satisfactorily. QUALIFICATIONS** - Minimum certificate or Diploma in Engineering field (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical) - Certificate in technical field with related working experience. - High school or SPM with 2-3 years working experience Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48 (normal working hours) Working days: Mon - Fri (normal working day) One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time. Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day 8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM4000.00 and below. Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00 Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.
