**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Crew Members to join our team. As a Cafe Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing beverages and food, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and food items according to our high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including workstations and seating areas.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or similar environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
