**Responsibilities**:
1. **Supervise Production**: Directly oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management to meet production targets efficiently.

2. **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues promptly.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions.

4. **Team Management**: Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

5. **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with inventory control personnel to manage raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies effectively. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

6. **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Implement changes and initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline operations.

7. **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory logs, and quality assurance documentation. Generate regular reports on production metrics, performance KPIs, and operational efficiency.

8. **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between production staff, management, and other departments. Communicate production goals, objectives, and priorities effectively to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.

9. **Problem Solving**: Address production issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner. Troubleshoot problems, implement corrective actions, and escalate issues as needed to minimize disruptions and maintain production continuity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1 years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, quality assurance principles, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, SQF, GMP) is a plus.
- Able to work in **BANDAR ENSTEK.**
