SAP Coe Operations D2r Lead, Apac

You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence. You will lead a large team of SAP D2R Business Analysts. You will have a dual purpose of leading small projects and long-term support which will includes hands-on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support. Your scope will be global for our Architectural Coatings, Protective and Marine Coatings, Industrial Coatings and other teams according to our S/4 roadmap. You will report to SAP CoE Operations Manager, APAC while providing global functional support to “Demand to Replenishment” area. **Key Responsibilities** - You will obtain good working relationships with the other SAP colleagues/consultants focusing on Supply across the globe and also business stakeholders. - You will provide contribute to projects to ensure a stable model around these SAP modules after a brief acclimation period. - You will be familiar with the solutions implemented by PPG within 6 months' timeframe. - Coach business analysts to drive high performing team that is efficient. - Work with the new technology including SAP S/4HANA. **Employee Value Proposition** - An important role in the PPG Global Centre of Excellence - be at the heart of the PPG SAP solutions area and have a say in important decisions that affect the entire company. - PPG has been ranked for several years in a row in the top 50 of Best place to work in IT - Hybrid and Flexible work environment coupled with a great culture. **Qualifications** - A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or another relevant business-related field - Min 6 years’ experience with process knowledge of Demand to Supply, understanding of demand planning (APO/IBP), production (PP), quality management (QM), plant maintenance (PM), logistics (WM/EWM), inventory management (IM), master data (MM) and intercompany processes, and general SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Knowledge. - Related working experience in SAP support environment or SAP project implementation in Demand to Replenishment. - Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents and APICS certification will be an advantage. - Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions. - Experience in people management; coach junior business analyst.
