You will work as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence. You will lead a large team of SAP FICO Business Analysts. You will have a dual purpose of leading small projects and long-term support which will includes hands-on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support. You will liaise remotely with several your colleagues across the globe. You will report to SAP CoE Operations Manager, APAC while providing global functional support to “Finance and Controlling” area. **Key Responsibilities** - Coach business analysts' team that is high performing. - Help obtain good working relationships with the other SAP colleagues/consultants focusing on Finance and Controlling (FICO) across the globe and also business stakeholders. - You will contribute to projects to ensure a stable model around these SAP modules after a brief acclimation period. - Be able to delegate responsibility to others, and to set the priorities of resources and tasks for the team. **Qualifications** - A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required. - Min 6 years’ experience in SAP support environment or SAP project implementation with process knowledge of Finance and Controlling (FICO), especially in the Controlling area and other general SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Knowledge. - Related working experience in SAP support environment and/or SAP project Finance and Controlling - An outstanding self-starter, with a commitment to delivering high quality working environment - Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) - Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions. - Experience in people management, across multiple SAP functional area - Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents. - Experience in SAP CFIN (Central of Finance) will be an advantage - Ability to collaborate in a “remote working” organization. **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** The PPG Way Every single day at PPG: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
