To supervise the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations - To oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality contract of food products - To lead and motivate employees effectively through implementation of in-house training and incentives plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction - To resolve guest concerns and complaints in order to maintain the postive atmosphere - Monitor product quality and take corrective action with crew to improve service times and quality - Train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness during shift and follow restaurant cleaning plan - Train crew in initial position skills and cross-train crew as necessary for efficient coverage as per SOP - Follow SOP flowcharts to ensure crew is meeting prep and production goals - Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and orders - Assist in cash control activities and develop expense and revenue reports - Ensure proper execution of standards and procedures when managing shifts - Follow procedures outlined in the Operations manual - Maintain safe working conditions in restaurant as outlined in company policies and procedures - Use consistent practices in managing performance problems with crew - Provide consistent crew communication - Conduct crew performance reviews with Asst. - Perform any tasks as assigned Requirements: - Have working experience in F&B industry is required. - Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage. - Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process. - Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
