**Responsibilities**:

- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries by preparing and handling medical instruments and equipment.
- Provide basic nursing care, including dressing wounds, administering injections, and taking vital signs.
- Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments and ensuring mínimal waiting times.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene protocols.
- Assist with the inventory of medical supplies and restock as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including data entry into clinic management systems.
- Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and follow-up care as instructed by doctors.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries.
- Ensure the safe disposal of biohazard materials according to health and safety standards.
- Adhere to clinic protocols and comply with all relevant healthcare regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Certificate in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or equivalent qualification (APC not required).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a clinic or hospital setting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to perform basic medical procedures such as dressing, injections, and taking vital signs.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle patient interactions with care and professionalism.
- **Teamwork**: Able to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
- **Flexibility**: Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by the clinic’s schedule.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in maintaining records, managing equipment, and following medical procedures.
- **Professional Appearance**: Maintain a neat and professional appearance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
