**We're Hiring: Admin & Operations Executive (Kajang)**

**ReadingLAB Kajang** is looking for a dependable **Admin & Operations Executive** to join our passionate team. If you have experience in admin work, can use SQL Accounting software, and love keeping things running smoothly — we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Admin & Accounts**
- Handle fee records, issue invoices, and update payment status using **SQL Accounting Software**:

- Maintain accurate **student records and databases**:

- Track and remind management of **upcoming parent appointments**

**Operations & Logistics**
- Coordinate **drivers’ schedules** and student transport
- Monitor and maintain the **upkeep of the centre premises** (cleanliness, safety, repairs)
- Ensure timely **renewal of business licenses or permits** (e.g. signage, operating license)
- Manage inventory, purchase books, stationery, and **printing and book binding**

**Communication & Liaison**
- Communicate professionally with **parents** and respond to basic inquiries
- Liaise with **mentors/teachers** on book distribution and and classroom

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in administration or education-related support
- Proficiency in **SQL Accounting Software** is **required**
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a bonus (for parent communication)
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working around children and managing multiple tasks at once

**Location**:
ReadingLAB Kajang

**Working Hours**:
5 days a week
(Mon, Wed & Fri: 9 AM - 6:30 PM; Tue & Thursday 12 NOON to 9:45 PM )

**Salary Range**:
RM 2,800 - RM 3,200 (depending on experience and skills)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
