The Tun Razak Exchange is a development poised to be Malaysia’s new international business and financial district. At the heart of this urban transformation is The Exchange TRX, a city defining development designed to create the ultimate experiential environment, from retail to dining, entertainment and world class hotels.

The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space will include a 10-acre rooftop park.

As the Assistant Retail Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with valued retailers, partners, and internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance our centre’s performance. You will work closely with the Retail Manager to monitor and analyse retailer performance, ensuring that our luxury brands are thriving and exceeding their targets. Your keen eye for detail and strong data analysis skills will play a crucial role in supporting effective retail operations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Assist the Retail Manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive retail performance and achieve forecast targets.
- Provide strategic analysis of retailer performance to the centre management team, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor the performance of luxury retailers and proactively suggest actions to maximize their potential.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to oversee budgets and financial reports, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional stakeholder management to our retailers, luxury and aspirational customers, and wider community network.
- Work closely with the Leasing team to optimize the centre’s overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Retail / Mall operations
- Strong data analysis and organization skills
- Excellent knowledge of retail leases legislation and good financial reporting and budget management skills.
- Understanding of luxury retail Industry, trends and local trade area including competitors, new emerging brands across the region and globally for benchmarking.
- Exceptional experience in leading customer service and interpersonal skills
- A passion and appreciation of retail business
- A passion for building strategic internal & external relationships
