**Responsibilities**:
**Supporting Role for Sales Department**
- Demonstrating the beverage and tools to customers and prospects. Educate customers by explaining the differences in the recipes, coffee beans and beverage products.
- Propose recipe, menu and SOP that promotes profitability through simplicity, quality, and efficiency to customers.
- Memorizing drink ingredients and specifications and being able to make modifications requested by customers
- Work closely with the sales department to understand customers’ feedback and concern throughout the demonstration.
- Recommended equipment list based on concept, menu, customer experience and workflow. The placement of the equipment will be suggested to maximize on labor efficiency.
- Participate in marketing & sales events organized by the company.
- Involve in sales team training that includes beverage tasting, recipe development and cost per serving.
- Enhancing beverage demo to add on food category products solution on every demo as one stop solution supplier.
- Food & pastries demo preparation to support Food & Beverage Team.

**Beverage Research & Development**
- Products tasting and report, New & Existing if any comparison needed.
- Reporting of every products tasting to support management making decisions on purchase.
- Consulting on new products for company to move on right direction as supplier.
- Create specialized drinks from the perspectives of creativity, market trends, cost efficiency and the presentation of the beverage.
- Update industry knowledge by participating in continuing education opportunities & market research.
- Create SOP for internal and external.

**HORECA Training**
- Assist and host the training programme to enhance exposure to the industry
- Ensure CFF Coffee standard is met and maintained at all times
- Provide on-site training to customers to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
- Provide in house coffee training to enhance staff coffee quality awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Nutritionist or any related discipline
- Min 2 years working experience in food services or F&B industry. Passion for food.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and superiors.
- Team spirit with creativity and solution oriented.
- Proactive, versatile and self starter.
- Languages required: English and Mandarin (Compulsory).
- Possess own transportation.
