Production Manager

Main tasks Fully oversee the safety management, production management, quality management, and equipment management of the factory, ensuring safe and orderly production. Ensure quality and delivery time, reduce costs, ensure completion of responsibility goals, and continuously improve factory economic efficiency: Job responsibilities: **1) **Clearly define and understand the main responsibilities and requirements of this department, and organize the establishment and implementation of all management system normative documents required for the department's responsibilities； **2) **Responsible for the effectiveness of the management system related to this department; **3) **Integrate the business of this department with the management system; **4) **Develop a business management objective system for this department (including main responsibility objectives), plan measures to achieve the objectives, including measures to address risks and opportunities, to ensure that the department achieves expected results; **5) **Responsible for promoting the company's strategy, quality policy, and business management objectives in this department, making every employee a conscious and capable employee; **6) **Responsible for guiding factory production planning, organization, coordination, and process management, establishing normal production order, ensuring stable and orderly production in the factory, establishing and maintaining a safe and suitable production environment, and completing various production tasks with quality, quantity, and delivery time guaranteed; **7) **Responsible for cost management, taking effective measures, continuously improving process level and production capacity, and saving energy consumption. Encourage employees to provide rational suggestions and collaborate with the R&D department to complete project development work: **8) **Responsible for implementing safety management responsibilities and various safety measures, adhering to the policy of "safety first, prevention first", strictly implementing the company's various safety management systems, and ensuring the safety of factory property and personnel; **9) **Coordinate the quality assurance department to complete the investigation, analysis, and handling of quality accidents and user complaints, and be responsible for developing improvement measures: **10) **Cooperate with the R&D department to optimize existing production processes, materials, and processes, and improve efficiency in production and packaging **11) **To address the needs of customers and production, propose requirements for equipment process improvement, product and material optimization to the R&D department: **12) **Manage the daily work of the department **13) **The right to use office supplies and the right to review the purchase of equipment by the department: **14) **The authority to review and approve departmental expenses, salaries, rewards and punishments: **15) **Within the scope of the company, this department has the right to make rational suggestions.
