Our client is a well-known car seat manufacturer from China is looking for a Production Manager to be based in Klang, Selangor.

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for budgeting and controlling the annual expenses of the department.
- Responsible for the company’s internal customer satisfaction and improving service awareness;
- Responsible for the investigation, analysis and improvement of customer complaints;
- Preparation and improvement of various operational management processes for the company’s production;
- Responsible for daily affairs within the department and Coordination and communication with various departments;
- Coordinate conflicts among department personnel;
- Responsible for the preparation, training and implementation of the company's quality management system documents;
- Ensure product quality and improve Product pass rate for one-time delivery;
- Responsible for the company's overall production planning and scheduling to ensure that orders are delivered as scheduled;
- Handle and provide feedback on various issues that affect order delivery, and ultimately implement and resolve them.
- Responsible for the compilation and approval of some documents for the company's production management;
- Responsible for the confirmation and tracking management of the large and small materials required for the company's production;
- Responsible for the production process. Provide feedback and handling of abnormal problems, and propose preventive measures;
Job Requirements:

- Those with foreign investment(MNC) background experience/Taiwanese-owned factory experience are preferred.
- Familiar with various production management methods.
- Have the ability to solve complex problems.
- Have communication, coordination, management skills and strong stress resistance and ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Degree holder.
- Must have at least 10 years production experience.
- Able to speak and write Malay, Mandarin and English.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
