QA Inspector

Job description - Responsible for inspecting the incoming raw materials and packaging items; - Responsible for conformity inspection of finished products. - Responsible for microbiological testing of raw materials, environment, and products, as well as the submission of external inspection products for inspection; - Responsible for microbiological testing, procurement and acceptance of related drugs and equipment; - Responsible for managing monitoring and measuring equipment and facilities to ensure their effectiveness; - According to the "Incoming Inspection Operation Guide" and "Material Acceptance Index Table", inspect each batch of raw and auxiliary materials and packaging items purchased into the factory, make accurate judgments, fill in complete inspection records, submit inspection conclusions to the department manager for review, and be responsible for the accuracy of the judgment conclusions; - Supervise the quality assurance capabilities of suppliers; - Responsible for identifying, reviewing, and reporting non-conforming packaging items and raw materials, and supervising the handling situation. - Check daily whether there are any products that need to be inspected in the finished product area on site; - Verify the accuracy of the number of finished products and the production team based on the "Inspection Card"; - Conduct sampling inspection according to the corresponding technical indicators and the Finished Product Inspection Operation Manual; - If there are any non-conforming products, follow the "Nonconforming Product Control Procedure" to label, isolate, review, and retest the non-conforming products; - Responsible for writing COA reports and product release forms for products that pass inspection, and implementing release after approval by the manager. - Responsible for organizing and archiving final inspection records, as well as organizing and compiling quality information. Submit quality records to department managers for review at the end of each month, and be responsible for the accuracy of information; - Responsible for collecting complete batch records, reviewing and filling them accurately and completely, and archiving them after passing the review. - Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials and products (including externally processed products) according to standards and work instructions, and make compliance judgments. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of test data; - Responsible for environmental indicators and microbiological testing and supervision of production sites, workstations, air, water, and production personnel; - Responsible for managing the controlled documents of this position, organizing and archiving inspection records and reports; - Learn and accept various trainings organized by the company, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
