**Job Descriptions**:

- To supervise a group of QA leaders and inspectors, as to ensure product inspection and testing are performed efficiently according to documented procedures and/or work instruction.
- Allocate and juggle manpower to ensure smooth QA operation.
- Provide on-job training for the inspectors to ensure they achieve the required competency.
- Monitor subordinate performance and discipline. Provide guidance and/or counselling whenever necessary.
- Ensure that non-conforming products are properly identified and escalated up to immediate superior.
- Ensure that inspection reports are being filled correctly and accurately.
- Submit inspection and test reports to QA Executive in timely manner.
- Cascade information, rules and regulation or instructions to the inspectors, to ensure requirements are promptly adhered or executed.
- Ensure that measuring or test equipment are properly maintained.
- Ensure good housekeeping and general cleanliness of work area.
- Other assigned duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM qualification or equivalent. At least 1 - 2years'working experience in related field.
- Have experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing industry, with some knowledge in product inspection and testing.
- Able to lead a team of leaders and inspectors.
- Possess good problem-solving skills.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess right attitude and good discipline.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
