**JOB SUMMARY**:
Overall responsible for incoming, in-process and out-going (QA Buy Off) inspection arrangements

**DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
1. Daily checking in-coming goods from supplier and record in in-coming checksheet.

2. Check and make sure all receiving documents are sufficient before accept delivery from supplier (DO, mill cert, COA, Inspection report of supplier).

3. If goods do not meet requirement or any receiving document are missing, notify QA Engineer / QA Executive and proceed to issue PCAR. Defect goods are to be quarantine until decision is made if is to return or conditional accept.

4. Follow up on the PCAR and replacement until PCAR is closed.

5. Scan all incoming documents and place them in traceability folder.

6. Daily Monitoring and control on QA Buy off inspection and finished goods in production site.

7. Daily random inspection on in-process in production from time to time.

8. Fully in-charge to execute the final buy off inspection promptly and effectively.

9. To liaise with Production PIC to identify / notify the QA accepted products and rejected products upon completion of the QC Buy off inspection.

10. To ensure the Production staff refers the correct drawing during production in-process.

11. Any lot / batch of product that failed the sampling plan, the lot must be rejected and notify QA Engineer / Executive promptly.

12. To make sure the rejected products are identified.

13. To raise Rejection reports on products that failed the sampling (QA final buy off).

14. To identify the Goods Returned due to Customer Complaint, and raise Rejection report for MRB (Material Review Board) to make a decision on the returned goods.

15. Perform random check on in-line QC inspection when required

16. Any other assignments / duties given by the QA HoD / QA Engineer / QA Executive or any other authorized personnel from time to time.
