1. Responsible for all quality control procedures and practices are to be done, maintained, verified and complied to HACCP, GMP, ISO or/and specified customer standard requirements. As such, his/her job is mainly devoted to coordinating, supervising and monitoring quality control personal, duty rooster and/or production crews throughout the Homecare Liquid Plant to ensure compliances to specified requirements and way of doing at all the time.

2. To do and/or verified bulk testing and pre-shipment inspection for Homecare Liquid Plant to ensure the conformances to standard. In absence of QC personnel, you are required to perform the relevant test at any specified time. He/She is responsible to highlight any deviation or discrepancies that happened to the manager for resolving the problems.

3. To assist QA Manager / Assistant QA Manager or the management to resolve day to day problem in line to getting high quality product with conformance to standard.

4. To Issue BMR daily and ensure analysis number tally as per raw material record and other reports as per required by management.

5. To ensure sufficient in-process and on-line QC workforce are available to support production run to avoid downtime of bulk or line approval.

6. To attend all training (internal and external), seminar, presentation or similar program requested by management.

7. To attend and participate in all the meetings related to quality issue or other meeting upon requested by the management.

8. To perform above-mentioned jobs with high quality results and compliance to HACCP, ISO, GMP or/and specified customer requirements.

9. Filing BMR record as instructed by Superior. The existing filing system shall be followed, or better system might be suggested.

10. In absence of QA Executive, you are advised to handle and manage Ad
- hoc job given as and when required by Superior.

11. To manage and ensure retain sample is properly coded, record and safeguard at all times.

Education: Minimum Diploma (in Science) or equivalent.

Skill: Possess knowledge in HACCP, GMP guideline & requirements, ISO 9001 requirements, strong knowledge in QA/QC job and leadership skills.

Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
