DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a. To perform in-process packing & QA pre-shipment activities.
b. To ensure water tight room run in its optimum condition and compliance to procedure.
c. To verify industrial grade, 2nd grade, scrap, reworked glove.
d. To compile Device History Record (DHR).
e. To prepare retention sample for various shipments.
f. To prepare samples based on sample requisition raised by Marketing.
g. To prepare samples for lab test (shipment, dose audit or marketing sample)
h. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as directed from time to time.
