**Nature and Scope**

This role builds the brand’s digital presence by creating trend-focused short videos, managing social pages, and producing Chinese-language content. It combines on-screen presentation with video production skills to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround content aligned with brand messaging.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1. Short-Form Video Production & Creative Content**
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit TikTok and other short-form videos that stay ahead of trends and deliver strong engagement.
- Serve as on-screen talent to bring campaigns, product features, and brand stories to life.

**2. Chinese-Language Content Development**
- Create authentic, culturally relevant Chinese-language content for all social media channels.
- Adapt messaging to resonate with Chinese-speaking audiences, maintaining consistency with overall brand voice.

**3. Digital and Social Media Management**
- Execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Manage company and outlet-specific social media accounts, ensuring each channel has tailored content, scheduled posts, and active follower interaction.

**4. Campaign Support and Event Coordination**
- Contribute original ideas to marketing campaigns and assist with creative execution.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and marketing activations to build brand awareness.

**5. Cross-Team Collaboration**
- Act as a bridge between the marketing department and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver projects effectively.
- Share progress updates, creative insights, and campaign results with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment.

**6. External Partner Liaison**
- Work closely with agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery of advertising, promotional activities, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication to meet timelines and quality expectations.

**7. Market Research & Insights**
- Support market research efforts to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on insights to refine content strategy and campaign planning.

**8. Additional Responsibilities**
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or management to support the company’s marketing objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
