Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a non-HALAL restaurant. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our food and beverage department. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise all food and beverage operations, including dining areas and VIP Room.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and quality standards.
- Supervise the Front of House team on service standards and operations excellence
- Serve VIP guests according to the service standard required
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Monitor and manage crockery and cutlery inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation.
- Manage the stock receiving on system
- Handle admin scope of the operations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination of food preparation and service.
- Attend to maintenance service
- Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and a strong service-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Chinese language, both in written and spoken
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supplemental pay types:

- High salary, monthly performance incentive, tips and year end performance bonus
