**ABOUT TASA**

TASA Global Solutions Sdn Bhd (“TASA”) identifies, deploy and deliver realistic “Experience Solutions” to brands. Our solutions holistically cover each brand’s CX (Customer Experience), UX (User Experience), SCX (Supply Chain Experience) and Management Experience (MX) requirements.

We strongly believe that it's time, that organizations revamp their experience strategies and take control of their brand journey. Therefore, we do not implement any of our solutions, without understanding our brands value chain, GTM strategy and culture. TASA’s role is to collaboratively revamp our client's experience strategy while adding value to the brand.

**Business Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Power BI Report development.
- Building Analysis Services reporting models.
- Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
- Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
- Should have an edge over making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
- Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
- Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries.
- Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
- Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams.

**Business Analyst Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree level with strong academic background with a minimum of 3 years working experience is required
- Proficient business finance experience is desirable
- Demonstrable execution experience with the relevant technologies including:

- SQL Server is a plus
- Power BI required
- Azure Data Factory is a plus
- HDInsight, or similar in a global enterprise environment
- Experience in project and solution delivery via Agile methodology
- Experience in development of Analytics Visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI)
- Attention to detail is key, inquisitive & questioning nature
- Demonstrated experience championing, designing, and implementing innovative

solutions to problems
