**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and technical specifications.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD, SRS, Use Case documentation, and other necessary documentation.
- Work closely with development teams to prioritize and plan sprint backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of software increments.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform functional testing to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Identify and resolve impediments to the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master in software development projects, preferably with a focus on low-code development platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
- Experience in creating and maintaining BRD, SRS, Use Case documentation, and other relevant artifacts.
- Experience with functional testing techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes and technical concepts.
- Certification(s) in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
