**Responsibilities**:

- Drive business growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies that expand market reach, strengthen client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver measurable business results and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to design competitive sales solutions tailored to client needs.
- Promote and present the company’s products and services to prospective clients, while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Participate in strategic business meetings, provide regular updates to key stakeholders, and ensure sales contracts comply with corporate and legal standards.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, while driving continuous improvement initiatives across sales processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in the CNC industrial sector, with strong exposure to the semiconductor industry and business development.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory for engagement in Chinese-speaking markets.
- Solid track record in global sales and marketing within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic acumen with the ability to craft and execute global sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
- Energetic, dynamic, and adaptable personality with exceptional interpersonal skills, thriving in fast-paced and competitive environments.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
