Full job description

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily construction or operational activities.
- Coordinate the efforts of on-site personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring everyone is working towards projects deliverables.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Provide regular update to Project Manager / Engineer for on-site progress, challenges and resolutions.
- Address and resolve on-site issue promptly, making decisions to keep project on track.
- Ensure on-site activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years’ working experience in construction site.
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning related job functions.
- Possesses good leadership skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Critical thinking and good problem solving skills.
- Knowledge with site safety & health regulations
