Kami sedang mencari Site Safety Supervisor yang berdedikasi untuk menyelia dan memastikan setiap aktiviti di tapak kerja mematuhi standard keselamatan yang tinggi.

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Menyelia operasi tapak bagi memastikan semua aktiviti mematuhi prosedur keselamatan dan kesihatan.
- Melaksanakan latihan keselamatan kepada pekerja dan kontraktor.
- Memantau, menilai, dan menguruskan risiko keselamatan.
- Menjalankan audit keselamatan serta menyediakan laporan berkala kepada pihak pengurusan.
- Menyiasat insiden keselamatan dan mencadangkan langkah pembetulan.
- Memastikan pematuhan kepada undang-undang keselamatan tempatan dan peraturan berkaitan.

**Kelayakan**:

- **Kelayakan Akademik**: Diploma/Sijil dalam bidang Keselamatan, Kesihatan Pekerjaan, atau Kejuruteraan Berkaitan.
- **Pengalaman**: Minimum 3 tahun dalam peranan yang serupa di tapak pembinaan.
- **Kemahiran**:

- Pengetahuan mendalam mengenai prosedur dan peraturan keselamatan.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.
- Mampu membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam situasi kecemasan.
- Kepimpinan dan kemahiran pengurusan yang kuat.
- **Sijil Tambahan**: Sijil-sijil berkaitan keselamatan adalah satu kelebihan.
