**We are a growing regional company providing a wide range of services and solutions within the telecommunications sector. As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations.**
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Handle daily stock receiving and dispatch tasks.
- Coordinate with logistics, service centers, and vendors to sort out inventory-related issues.
- Inspect returned goods for any damage or defects and record observations.
- Ensure inventory control procedures are followed to reduce errors and maintain stock accuracy.
- Keep warehouse system records updated with stock movement and inspection results.
- Help carry out regular stock takes and cycle count exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Make sure all stock is labeled, stored, and arranged properly in the assigned areas.
- Keep the warehouse space clean and well-organized at all times.
- Verify goods received and process Location Transfer Orders (LTO) in the system.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices when picking items.
- Assist with product returns, vendor returns (RTV), and claim processes.
- Track orders and monitor shipment status with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
- **Requirements**:_
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.
- Team-oriented, physically capable, and eager to learn.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to job responsibilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with ERP and WMS systems.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
