Warehouse Assistant

Inventory Management:

- Receive, inspect and record incoming stock.
- Organize inventory systematically to ensure quick access for picking and packing.

Order Fulfillment:

- Accurately pick, pack and label orders for deliveries to platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and wholesale clients.
- Prepare orders for shipping via Moba Studio's own logistics fleet or third-party couriers.
- Cross check orders to ensure they meet the correct specifications and quantities.
- Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damages during nationwide transportation.

Loading and Unloading:

- Safely load and unload goods from company lorries and third-party delivery vehicles.
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing products for damages or discrepancies.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks and ensure shipments are handled efficiently.
- Delivery via company's 3 Ton Lorry is expected. (GDL License Holder)

Warehouse Organization:

- Maintain a clean, organized and systematic warehouse layout to optimize storage for large volumes of stock.
- Help manage storage space space to accommodate incoming shipments from supplier in China.
- Regularly update product rack locations for faster order fulfillment.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Assist in preparing receiving reports, shipping documents, and stock adjustment reports.
- Update internal warehouse systems and inventory databases accurately.

Returns and Quality Control:

- Process and document product returns from customers and wholesales clients.
- Perform quality checks on damaged, returned or defective products and report findings.
- Assist in repackaging or redistributing returned stock for resale.

**Job Requirement**
- GDL License Holder to be able to operate 3 Ton Lorry.
- Attention to details for accurate inventory recording and order fulfillment.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse tools and equipment.
- Physical fitness for lifting and organizing heavy products.
- Teamwork and adaptability to support company's growing logistics operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
