**Job Summary**:
This 18-24 month Management Trainee Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into future **Sales & Application Engineers** or **Sales Executives**. Trainees will undergo structured training, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience. The program also offers potential international exposure, equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a dynamic sales environment.

**Job description**:

- **Phase 1: Technical Foundation**

Trainees will receive in-depth product and technical training, both in the classroom and on-site, including job shadowing with Sales & Application Engineers. This phase focuses on building strong product knowledge and hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting. Training takes place locally and overseas.
- **Phase 2: Business Exposure**

This phase covers customer engagement, sales processes, and business development. Trainees will join customer visits, proposal writing, and CRM usage, while also developing soft skills in negotiation and communication。
- **Phase 3: International Secondment & Sales Practice**

Trainees will be seconded to the HQ in China to gain international sales experience. Trainees will work with cross-border teams, learn pricing strategies, and support regional sales projects. Depending on business needs, trainees may also receive assignments in other countries.
- **Final Assessment & Deployment**: Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be assessed for permanent placement within the sales team, taking on a portfolio of customers and market segments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
- Strong interest in technical sales and international business
- Willingness to travel and work overseas
- Good communication skills and problem-solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
