**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure sales team follows collection policies and procedures.
- Perform CTOS checking on potential customers.
- Work with sales team on timely and effective collection of all debts and customer’s payments, and resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices.
- Monitor closely for customer account payment details, liaise with customer to follow up on payment and resolve all payment disputes.
- Ensure all collections have been accounted timely and accurately and offset promptly.
- Send Statement of Accounts and reminder letter to customers.
- Keep track on rebate Credit Note and ensure matching / accrual posting are updated accurately into system.
- Prepare monthly AR aging report.
- Calculate commission for Sales team
- Perform bank reconciliation and prepare weekly collection report
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree holder preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years related working experiences.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage diverse range of assigned work.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Excel, ERP accounting software programmes.
- Calm manner, confident to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations.
- Able to establish and maintain good customer relationships internally and externally at all levels.
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and has good attention to detail.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
