**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Designer who is not only passionate about design but also possesses a strong sales drive. In this role, you will combine your creative flair with excellent interpersonal skills to drive sales and create tailored design solutions for our clients.
- Notifying and ensure that the Company is aware of all contracts and projects awarded to the Company;
- Contracting all leads/referrals provided by the Company or otherwise to schedule client meetings;
- Preparing of project's documents including but not limited to floorplans, detail drawings, 3D drawings,quotations, mood boards, samples;
- Administering contractor performance for all projects and ensuring compliance to all agreements in all new or rebuild projects;
- lnspecting all sites assigned to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinating with relevant teams for permits need be;
- Managing multiple sites at any given time and communicating between relevant contractors and clients;
- Participating in various project and/or Company meetings.
- Participating in various project and/or Company meetings with managers/designers/suppliers/contractors/clients;
- Participating in various sales/product trainings the Company may organize from time to time;
- Maintaining and reporting any record of project costs and progress known;
- Preparing of project scheduling;
- Ensuring compliance to the overall project timeline and ensuring that notice is given if otherwise; and
- Being responsible for your site and undertaking the design project concept to completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Required language(s): English and **Chinese**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, AutoCad
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Design & Build experience is a highly added advantage.

**Commencement**:

- Immediately

**Salary**
- Full commission structure
