**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement **sales strategies** to drive revenue growth.
- **Identify, engage, and onboard** new dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Explore **new markets and industries** to expand our customer base.
- Promote and sell **indoor & outdoor LED displays, digital signage solutions, and AV systems** to B2B clients.
- Conduct **product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions** with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with **existing clients, resellers, and key stakeholders**.
- Provide **consultative sales support**, understanding customer needs and recommending the right AV solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts and partnerships.
- Consistently **achieve and exceed monthly & annual sales targets**.
- Monitor **customer payment cycles** and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with **technical and marketing teams** to align sales efforts with product offerings and promotions.
- Prepare and present **sales forecasts, progress reports, and business development plans** to management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to generate leads.
**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience** in sales (preferably in AV, IT, electronics, or related industries).
- Strong **negotiation, networking, and business development skills**.
- Passion for **technology, digital displays, and innovative AV solutions**.
- Ability to work **independently and meet sales targets**.
- Excellent communication in **Bahasa Malaysia & English** (Mandarin is a plus).
- Willing to **travel for client meetings, events, and business development activities**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
