About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team for In Wealth Advisory Sdn Bhd' in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and providing strategic direction to the sales team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to grow the customer base
  3. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales performance
  4. Provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve their skills and productivity
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and a consistent brand experience
  6. Contribute to the overall business strategy and planning process

What we're looking for

  1. Substantial experience in a sales management role, preferably in the financial services or wealth management industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both clients and internal stakeholders
  4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  6. Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
