**Talent Acquisition Partner (Korean Speaker)**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
- Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
- Support Zimmer Biomet’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
**The Experience You Have**:
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Talent Advisor/Partner managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including regional hiring exposure across APAC.
- Proven ability to act as a consultative advisor, effectively guiding the recruitment process and influencing outcomes.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software, particularly SuccessFactors.
- Language proficiency in **English and Korean is essential**. Knowledge of **Mandarin** would be an added advantage.
- The role requires supporting hiring needs in **Korea** while also managing recruitment efforts across other **APAC** locations.
