**Responsibilities**:
1. Remote Surveillance & Compliance audit:

- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems during night shifts to detect suspicious activities / breaches.
- Conduct regular and systematic checks of the retail store premises & warehouses via surveillance cameras.
- Utilize surveillance system (including alarm and CCTV) technology to identify potential security threats.
- Monitoring any open close compliance procedures, including night works covering warehouses security, projects and stock take.

2. Incident Identification and Reporting:

- Respond promptly to alarm activations / deactivation / trigger events
- Verify through surveillance cameras.
- Identify and track and document suspicious persons, activities, or vehicles.
- Compile evidences for enforcement purposes.
- Prepare incident reports with standardized reporting template
- Immediately notify store management (SM, ZM, AM & OM), and law enforcement in the event of a confirmed security breach.
- Coordinate with the daytime surveillance and compliance audit team to share insights, update incident logs, and implement continuous improvement measures.

3. Connection and Technical Issues Reporting:

- Ensure the proper functioning of all surveillance equipment
- Prompt reporting of malfunctions or issues for day shift to arrange for rectification

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma and above
- Attention and alert during extended periods of surveillance.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to handle situations calm
- Able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- No experience required. Training will be provided on the use of surveillance equipment, company protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Basic Microsoft Office words.
- Self-discipline, Responsible and organised.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
