**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Review and analyze system specifications
- Work with Developers / Account and Project Management teams to develop strategies and test plans.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product logic according to requirement specifications
- Create test scripts and bug reports to document and track defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues
- Familiar with software development lifecycle & testing methodologies
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

**You are the perfect fit if you have the following**:

- Knowledge in software development projects and QA methodologies
- Good understanding of CRM products, website releases & loyalty programs
- Familiarity with the Agile mindset / values and principles and regression testing is a plus
- Able to execute test scripts efficiently within a project timeframe.
- Strong ability to document and troubleshoot errors and bugs.
- Working knowledge of test management software such as Jira
- Excellent communication skills to work in cross functional teams, attention to detail, have an analytical mind to solve problems with great aptitude and highly organised in approach to testing.
