**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, providing courteous and efficient assistance while addressing all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage administrative processes, including the preparation of quotations, issuance of receipts, policy documentation, and monitoring of collections.
- Provide operational support to management and contribute to cross-functional tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to support various departments when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
